Self-Pay Fee Schedule

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

Your first appointment is a 90-minute deep dive into your history, concerns, and goals. Together we’ll create a personalized care plan.

90 minutes: $350

Follow-Up / Medication Management

Shorter visits designed to monitor your progress, adjust medications, and ensure your treatment plan continues to meet your needs.

  • 40–45 minutes: $275

  • 25–30 minutes: $200

  • 10–20 minutes: $150

Psychotherapy

A 45–60 minute session for in-depth therapeutic work, offering tools and strategies to support long-term mental health and wellbeing.

45–60 minutes: $250

Important Notes

  • Fees apply to all American Psychiatric Association DSM-5 diagnoses and corresponding ICD-10 codes.

  • Payment is due at the time of service for self-pay visits.

  • Good Faith Estimates are available in compliance with the No Surprises Act.

  • A cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Psychotherapy sessions last 45–60 minutes and cost $250.

When is payment due for appointments?

Payment is due at the time of service. Good Faith Estimates are available to support transparency under the No Surprises Act.

Is a Good Faith Estimate available before starting care?

Yes. A Good Faith Estimate can be provided to outline expected costs before treatment begins.

Are cancellation fees required?

A cancellation fee may apply for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, in accordance with clinic policy.

Are superbills available for insurance reimbursement?

Yes. A superbill can be provided so individuals may submit claims to their insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
